Grandpa’s longan tree | 阿公的龍眼樹 (2020)
This illustration is inspired by the interaction between my parents and a neighbor when we strolled to the longan tree my grandpa took care of. This tree has witnessed so many people’s stories across generations, and one day, perhaps I’ll stand here watching my brother or even his son picking longan.
